I think it's because there's creamer in the pod. If you don't want to take it apart, run really hot water through it and tap it against the sink and the slime will drop out. after using these pods for a few months and taking apart the plastic part that the coffee goes through I found some scary looking black slime. Yes, I should probably "descale" it more often but does everybody.
I gave them to a friend who does have a Senseo machine and she loved them so if you have a machine that can use them, great but if you have one that is not Senseo, they may not fit. I have a coffee pod machine that uses Senseo type pods so I thought these would fit. They did not, they have a plastic piece that made them not fit in my machine even with the two pod holder.
If you stir half way you can frott the milk. I like the cappuccino from senseo. It is the same nice fresh taste as the espresso with a 'dash' of milk.
I WOULD NEVER BUY THIS AGAIN,IT DOES'NT TASTE LIKE CAPPUCCINO.I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS TO ANYONE.
i love the taste and it just 'hits the spot' for my morning cup of brew. this is the best Senseo i've found yet.
